I received a lovely Christmas card from [info]rakina yesterday!! It's so sparkly. It was the first day in awhile that we have had sunshine and it made her card's sparkly snowflakes sparkle all the more. Truly beautiful! Thank you, friend!

I have been working so much this season that I haven't done any shopping or Christmas. I'm in trouble now since we are under a winter storm warning until Sunday evening. Yikes! It will all work out in the end though. *hopes*

I am doggie sitting a Pug this weekend. He is so darn cute! I am not a small dog person, but he is a cutie. My cat doesn't know what to make of him. He's never seen a dog under 100 pounds. I think Kitty thinks it is just a really ugly cat. :) Kitty has been chasing the poor thing all around. Then my German Shepherd gets in the act. The poor Pug is just exhausted, but very happy. I think he is loving all the attention.

Pugs are great, they think they are mastiffs and they love to play. I've thought about adopting one next time I bring a dog into our family

They sure are cute. He is very funny in the way he "snerts" when he gets excited or winded. :)

That sound is because of his short muzzle. You should hear the sounds a shar pei can make if you think he sounds funny. The other night, it sounded like sea lions were romping in my living room

Careful because Pug might be eaten by somebody (German Shepherd, or worse by the cat!)=)

Don't worry just go tomorrow to the mall and buy at once all presents. I guess that's way to go:)

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas to you too! Long time since we've talked! I hope things are going well with you.

Here we are again waiting to see if my husbnad will keep his job. His company is offering voluntary layoffs to all 4,000 coporate people. They'll see who takes the offer and then make layoffs from there to get to the number they want. Ugh! This is never fun. We've been through this three times with different companies. I hope all goes well though. It's easier to start looking for a job while your still employed. He likes this company though and wants to stay. Hopefully he will get that chance.

On that downer, I have a more happy note that it is snowing like crazy here this year. It's been awhile since we have had a real winter. Cold weather and lots of snow. Christmas will be very pretty this year!

tAKE CARE!

Long time since we've talked, indeed. "Things" here have been good and bad. I think I was this guy from icon for many months. I believe that this have created an unfriendly environment for my body so much that right now I'm sick. I have also found I have Raynaud's disease, however my hands are not that colorful as you can see from wikipedia. I don't take meds also. Fortunately, I have very "mild" Raynaud. I have decided to take International Relations/European Studies as my Bachelor.

Sorry to hear about layoffs. Can't he say he wants to stay?

We had little snow here. I think it melted few days ago. I don't think there will be much now for Christmas. It's even better- less car accidents.
