What's up ...
Hi everyone! I've been a busy little (err, old) girl. My family is getting ready for our 9th annual 4th of July party extravaganza. It means loads of work in preparation, but it is all worth it in the end.

This weekend we did all of the yard work - it's no small yard. We mow about 1.5 acres and have bushes to trim up, flowers to plant, gardens to weed, pool to tend to, and this year Dave decided to put in a horse shoe pit. Just a little digging there. :(

Now I am cleaning the inside of our home. Scrubbed the bathrooms on my hands and knees today, as well as cleaned the screens of all the cottonwood tree particles. Not to much left to do, but food and vacuuming. Yea!!!

Of course I am having my coworkers over the night before to swim and party. I hope I am left in good shape for the 4th. *is nervous*

If I can't talk before the 4th, I hope all of my American friends have a fun and safe 4th of July!
